Keeping fit and health is not a phase or a diet its a life stye change which you and only you want to make. The changes you want to make become more permanent when this new lifestyle is something you want. It's about looking after our bodies and being kind to them rather then punishing them through exercise.
Fitness should be fun and enjoyable because as soon as it become something you take a second thought at doing you aren't doing it right. We go through ups and downs throughout our journey to wellness but we stay consistent and whats what counts.
