Coach Lucy HQ is a friendly non-intimidating environment which gives you a base to grow beyond what you thought you could, with the careful support of our coaches and community.

We get it, new environments can feel daunting but it is our mission to provide you with a space that you feel conformable in and allow you to flourish to your full potential. We believe that health is both physical and mental and that is why we have strived to create a place where you can thrive both in your fitness and your mindset. 

Our facility is mirror free, we encourage an understanding of technique through performance and not from mirrors. If an exercise doesn’t FEEL right then we will teach you how to change that. 

We’re so proud of our HQ and we promise to provide you with the highest quality coaching, alongside a flexible schedule allowing you to choose your training regime to keep you accountable and educated.

Hey, I’m Lucy.

I have worked incredibly hard to create an inclusive culture in our HQ so you, regardless of age, ability or gender, feel that you are welcome. 

My knowledge and experience are something I love to share with everyone I work with. It is my goal to help you build your confidence and keep consistent. I want you to invest in yourself and your knowledge. I want to educate you about your body and how it works so the changes we make from working together are long-lasting

I have been working in the fitness industry for over 7 years now and one of the major things that I always felt needed to change was the idea that you pay a membership to gym a but don’t receive coaching on the basics of exercise. I have seen so many clients doing the very same workouts in their 50’s that they had been doing since their 30’s. 

I wanted to do things a little different. 

Your support starts as soon as you message or walk through the doors at HQ. Our qualified coaches are always here to help guide you through your fitness journey from the beginning. Each session whether that be SGPT or Team Training is coach led and client focused so you know that you are at the heart of everything we do.

Our little wealth of fabulous knowledge at HQ. Nimah’s time when she's not coaching at HQ is working with her gymnasts both Niamh’s professions demand a blend of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their best.

Whether coaching a gymnast to nail a perfect dismount or assisting a client in achieving their first deadlift these skills that Niamh has a wide range of play pivotal roles in helping guide you toward success.

Corrie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our coaching team at HQ. In the fitness industry, she has successfully helped countless individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

Corrie tailors her coaching approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, she has the knowledge and skills to guide you.
