Terms and Conditions
I would firstly like to thank you for choosing us as your coaches. Payments for memberships (Team Training, SGPT and Top Teal) are made via direct debit.
Direct debits will be taken each month on the date that you have signed up.
Your direct debit payment method will have holidays/sickness or time off for both you and myself built in. Instead of sessions being based on 52 weeks of the year, they will be based on 46 weeks of the year, allowing for 6 weeks FREE to allow for holidays or time off for yourself and myself. (3 weeks for you and 3 weeks for me) You will also not be charged any additional money for 5-week months and your allocated session time will be secured should you go on holiday.
Please see below explanation for clarification:
Team Training £42 every 4 weeks/ £10.50 per week x 52 weeks = £546
Team Training £42 every month x 12 months = £504 including 6 weeks holiday
SGPT £110 every 4 weeks/ £27.50 per week x 52 weeks = £1430
SGPT £110 every month x 12 months = £1320 including 6 weeks holiday
Top Teal £135 every 4 weeks/ £33.75 per week x 52 weeks = £1755
Top Teal £135 every month x 12 months = £1620 including 6 weeks holiday
Our training session is valuable, and I ask that you respect this by giving me notice of 6 hours prior to any designated session if you are going to be unable to attend. Failure to do so will result in sessions still being charged.
Direct Debit Cancelation:
We hope you enjoy your time with us at HQ but we also appreciate circumstances change and we might not be the best fit for you any longer. You can change your membership at any time with a short period of notice (30 days) but if you would like to leave us for a while then you can notify us through this link that you would like to cancel your membership. We require a 30 day notice of your cancellation. As It takes a little time to process these changes on our subscription systems.
