5 weeks 2 fit

Our intense 5-week programme will give you all the support to help you create some great results with the guidance of 2 fully qualified personal trainers with both BSc Sport, Exercise and Science, experienced and educated individuals to give you the results you are looking for.

Our 5- week 2 fit programme gives you everything you need in 5 weeks to use it for the 52 weeks in the year, not just during the programme.

Classes are run weekly and always different, we use body weight movements and kettlbells for a full body workout. Classes are always great fun and full of energy with different ability levels classes are adapted to all levels. 

I prefer to educate you on what your body needs and why so that you are able to make your own decision on what will help create a better you. Giving you the opportunity to take charge of your own nutrition in a way that will work best for you

During our personal training sessions we will build the foundations to help you grow your confidence when you are working out in the gym. This means that you will feel able to go into the gym on your own and feel at ease.
