I was once told that because I had never had babies before I could never relate to first time mums or those looking to get back into fitness, I was told this would result in me becoming a less effective coach because I never know how that felt. Well there is many thing’s I have never experienced but let me tell you that I wont stop learning to make sure I can do everything I can to help those in our community achieve happiness within their own skin and confidence in living a healthy life.
