This week is mental health week, our focus is on how we can make small changes to bring around a big impact especially in terms of your mental wellbeing.

Right now our emotional well-being is in state of disrepair and if we don’t take action to change that we face serious burnout and consequences of our own mental and physical heath.

As a big social media user and consumer my self I have had my fair shares of ups and down’s with the media world and some tips that are helping to improve that are right within this episode of a cuppa 2 go.
